We ship globally (excluding Asia and select remote regions) via two primary services:

- Delivery: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Cost: A flat rate of $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Via EMS for qualifying orders.
- Delivery: 15-25 business days after dispatch.
- Cost: Free on all orders over $50.

- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).

Due to their custom-made, hand-curated nature, the following product categories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom Floral Arrangements (including Tabletop Floral Arrangements and any Floral Arrangements specified as custom).
- Made-to-Order Greenery Garlands & Wreaths.
- Any Bundles & Bouquets that have been opened or separated from their original bundled packaging.
Every piece in these collections undergoes stringent quality checks before shipment to ensure it meets our high standards.
Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Contact our Customer Care team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Use the subject line “Return Request” and include your order number, name, item details, and reason.
- Await Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. Do not ship items back without this RMA.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation and write the RMA number on the box. Ship to the address provided. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
- Receive Your Refund or Exchange:
- For Refunds: After inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Credit will appear within 3-10 business days after we process it.
- For Exchanges: If the desired item is in stock, we will process the new order immediately. If unavailable, we will issue a refund or contact you to discuss alternatives.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
