Should an item not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward and gracious returns process.
Our policy is designed to reflect the refined, hassle-free experience we promise to our discerning clientele—from busy homeowners and interior decorators to professional event planners worldwide.
Our Return & Exchange Guidelines
- Return Window: You may return most items within 15 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused, and resalable condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received at our warehouse. The refund to your account may then take an additional 3-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
- Custom Floral Arrangements (including Tabletop Floral Arrangements and Floral Arrangements specified as custom)
- Made-to-Order Greenery Garlands & Wreaths
- Any Bundles & Bouquets that have been opened or separated from their original bundled packaging.
Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Request
To begin, please contact our Customer Care team within the 15-day window at [email protected]. Use the subject line “Return Request” and include the following information in your email. You may use the template provided below for clarity.
Step 2: Await Authorization & Instructions
Our team will review your request and, if approved, will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed return shipping instructions. Please do not ship any items back without this RMA number.
Step 3: Pack and Ship Your Return
Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Clearly write the provided RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship your package to the address provided in your instructions.
We highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as Michaels Shop is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you via email.
- For Refunds: Your refund will be processed to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). You will see the credit within 3-10 business days after we process the refund.
- For Exchanges: If the desired exchange item is in stock, we will process the new order immediately. If it is not available, we will issue a refund or contact you to discuss alternatives.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your Potted Plant, Greenery Mat, or any other item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the product and its packaging. We will arrange a prepaid return label or a replacement at no cost to you, ensuring the seamless experience you deserve.
